Deacon Wives and Formation Wives Gathering
The wives of candidates for the permanent diaconate in the Diocese of Buffalo gathered for a morning retreat on Saturday, October 18 at the St. Stanislaus Social Center. The ladies happily spent time getting to know one another, share our faith, and ask important questions as we welcomed 8 new wives to the formation year. We enjoyed a delicious continental breakfast provided by Debbie Romance, Kelly Wiktor, and Denise Santos. A review of the wives’ program schedule was discussed along with helping the new wives understand their husband’s year of candidacy. Our discussions helped to establish our plans and expectations for 2025-2026. It is going to be a great year!
